Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain In Child

Good Morning Doctor! I am Ranjan Chaudhuri from Mumbai. My daughter is 9 years old and weighs 37 Kgs. She was experiencing lower abdominal pain (right side) for a couple of days. Based on the advice of her physician, she took a blood test. The blood SGOT level is 47 and pus cells are 6 - 8 in urine. What does it indicate. There is a throbbing pain in her abdomen.
