Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain With Multiple Cyst In Ovary

my mother having pain in lower abdomen.pain increase during period.she is 48yrs old.after heavy work,or journey her periods strat.there is no fixed time for period.she has done USG of lower abdomen and found that multiple cysts in both ovaries and 13mm golbladder stone.please suggest me wat i will do.she is suffering this problem from last 6-7 yrs.
