Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

Hello, Sorry to disturb you. I have a small right lower abdominal pain. I don t think it s a stomach ache because it s lower than that. It appeared when i woke up today in the morning, then after breakfast it went away, and then it return about an hour ago. Do you know what this might be?
