Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

my daughter has lower abdominal pain for the last 2 years it goes into right thigh during pain she has a small fiobroid in the uterus but her period are normal has no pain during period after 8 days of period she has pain in abdominal area it goes 10 to 15 days next problem is shehas gush with pain after every 60 daysit remain for 2 3 days please answer my question
