Suggest Treatment For Lower Back And Hip Pain While Having Degenerative Disc

Hi I have lower back pain and hip pain especially durin the night and morning upon awakening.i have degenerated discs at L5 S1.My lower abdomen is very noticeably being pushed outwards and my bladder is under a lot of pressure as a result.i have had a smear test done recently and it is all clear.i would be very grateful to get a medical opinion on this and advice if possible as I am hoping to plan a pregnancy soon and am quiet worried about the issue.thanking you.
