Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain An Burning Sensation During Urination

HI! I am a man 26 years i am felling lower back pain and hip pain at right side. i think its because of overdoing exercise, stretching, or bending improperly i do hiking almost daily. there are no other sympotms of burning during urination nausea & fever etc. plz suggest some teatment.Thankyou.
