Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain While Sleeping

Hello

I have what I’ve been told by a spinal neurosurgeon is a very unusual back problem one of which he and several of his colleges have never heard of before.. I can’t lie down for more than 6 to 8 minutes without having what I call life ending pain in my lower back. Hence I sleep sitting up in a chair and have done for the last three years. I guess what’s even more strange is that as long as I don’t lay down I’m 99% fine health wise at 58 years of age still work building offices ( not lifting anything heavy to be on the safe side). I’ve had Ct scans …mri scans all show absolutely nothing. So I was wondering if you or any of your fellow colleges may have heard of anything like this before and if you might have any suggestions that may be able to fix me.

Regards Mark
