Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Bulging Disk Pain

I suffer with lumbar bulging disk pain. I have had multiple MRI s that are showingI see my Dr. each moth to receive strigger point shots and 3 times per year when the pain gets unbearable I get a mimi epidural. The pain is now shooting down both legs. My Dr. gives me vicoprophen 7.5mg to help with the pain. I don t travel without my heating pad. I m very active in my garden and my patience s getting VERY thin having to deal with this pain. I m TIRED of it!!!!!!!!!!!! Any advice? Thank you. YYYY@YYYY (Janet Johnson)
