Suggest Treatment For Lump And Bruise On Forehead

My son hit his forehead and there is a bruise on it with some scraps. He did not lose consciousness, no vomiting, he is still active, talking, walking and eating fine with no signs of nausea or dizziness. He is 17 months old and His left eye is kinda droopy. The bump is just to the left of center of his forehead.
