Suggest Treatment For Lump And Itching On Arch Of Foot

HI . Am having problem with my feet. Last week got up from chair and felt like my socks were bunched up under the ball of my right foot. They weren't, and I felt a lump under the ball of my foot, it hurt and felt like I was walking on a rock. It seemed to resolve, then my right foot became red, sore, hot, extremely itchy and had a larger lump under the arch of my foot. I used ice, gold bond cream. Seemed to get a bit better, today it got irritated again, rubbed the lump because the itch was so bad, put aloe on it, it is red, large lump. Help
