Suggest Treatment For Lump And Pain On The Breasts

I am 39 and for a while now my right breast is lumpier than my left, both are quite pain full. I had my first mammogram June 2 and an ultra sound and they said that I have really dense tissue and the older I get I will see that. There is also a rib bone in behind the right breast that is sticking out that you might think that it had been broken before due to the shape which it never has. Due to the pain in both breast I cannot wear my under wire bra.
