Suggest Treatment For Lump At Vaginal Opening

Hello, I have a hard fleshy lump in the opening of my vagina and it get very annoying I have been taking an inflammatory cream that the doctor gave me because she thought that I had been allergic to something along with some pills however now that the swelling has gone I feel mostly fine done there but that lump. I do know what it is could you help me?
