Suggest Treatment For Lump In Armpit And Pain In Breasts

I'm 34 in November I had a large abscess removed from right breast, I now have a lump in my left armpit , shooting pains in breasts, spots that look like blackheads on breasts increased frequency of migraines itchy skin and I have lost more weight with out any exercise ? Could I have Breast cancer ?
