Suggest Treatment For Lump Like Feeling In Breast

Hi, this morning, while I was getting washed and ready for work, i am convinced I felt either a lump or thickness in my right breast. I could feel something through the facecloth. In the shower tonight, I thought I could feel it again. No pain felt. It just felt more distinctive, than any other lumps or bumps I may have felt before. Thank you.
