Suggest Treatment For Lump Like Knot On Temple

I have what started off being a lump or knot just above my right temple. No pain but it grows in size and decreases in size. It does itch but there is no scab or "head" to it. It typically goes down with Benadryl but always comes back. This has been going on since July 2014
