Suggest Treatment For Lump Like Swelling In My Knee

I fell on my knee, it swelled quickly with a large lump and over several days bruising extended all the way down my leg and into my foot and toes. X-rays were negative for breaks/fractures. I kneeled down last night by accident and now have strong knee pain especially on the far outside toward the back of the knee.
