Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Navel

Hi, I had ultrasound abdomen taken today to find out if I got hernia. The test result shows no sign of hernia. I have lump in my belly button which comes and goes. The ultrasound was don when I was lying down. Is it possible the hernia was missed as the lump always goes down when I am lying down.
