Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Vagina?

I have a lump between my anus and vagina. It began in the rim of my anus. I thought it was a hemorrhoid, but then it traveled upward closer to the opening of my vagina. Just last week, it was a tiny, hard nodule. Now, it is swollen and seems like a cyst. It does not hurt to have sex. It's just irritated and uncomfortable to wipe or sit on. I've been experiencing some nausea and vomiting, but I'm not sure this is related.
