Suggest Treatment For Lump On Labia Minora

I've had a lump connected to my clitoris on the labia minora...bulb like and then a smaller one non bulb like next to it...it is very uncomfortable and has been there maybe three weeks it's also red on the inside if my labia a little itchy which wasn't itchy last week
