Suggest Treatment For Lump On Lower Back

I have an odd oval shaped somewhat hard somewhat squishy lump on the lower part of my back directly above my tailbone that moves slightly when i push it. It has no pain and i didnt notice it till a check up. I also just recently got back spasms on the upper right side of my back and neck. Are these two things related to one another? And what is the lump?
