Suggest Treatment For Lump On Neck And Headaches

I have a small lump on the right side of my neck about two inches down. It formed about three and a half months ago and at the time the lymph nodes under my chin on my neck were swollen on the right side but since have gone down. The lump on my neck has also gone down in size but causes daily headaches at the base of my skull on the right side.
