Suggest Treatment For Lump On Nipple After Accidental Injury

I recently hit my nipple on the corner oft couch and now I have a small lump under it doesn t hurt to much unless I touch it but I know it was not there and came shortly after I hit it. Concerned or not if it will go away or do I need to do something it has been almost a month.
