Suggest Treatment For Lump On Side Of Mouth And Throat

Hi - I have a lump on the left hand side of my mouth/throat, feels like a swollen tonsil, but when I swallow it moves. Sometimes it s at the side and sometimes at the back. To touch on the inside it s quite a big lump with bumps on. It s uncomfortable to eat, but not too painful. I ve been like this for about a week, it doesn t seem to be getting any better or worse.
