Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Back

I've had a small lump on my back for over a year now, It seem to have gotten a little bigger, and it
looks like a black head in the center. sometimes it feels a little itchy. Other times it feels achgy a
little. Its close to my spine. I haven't seen the doctor yet. What could this be.
