Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Thighs

Hi, I have a lump in my left thigh and it has been there for a really long time. I finally had it scanned yesterday and the results showed that it was normal. It never hurts, but recently it has started to twitch. I also have a left testicle issue. It is always tight and uncomfortable. When I ejaculate and sometimes even urinate I feel irritation. I have had it checked out several times and by a few different doctors and none of them notice anything wrong. I feel like I shouldn t be having problems with urination/ejaculation. Also I have noticed my streams are thinner when I urinate or ejaculate. I also have times when I just leak out small amounts of urine in the shower. I can mainly just feel irritation on the left side. Do you know how I can get this resolved? My primary doctor thought it might be a hernia or a twisted testicle. I am visiting a Urologist on Tuesday to discuss all of this but I was hoping you could give me some advice on this. It has been stressing me out lately. Thanks
