Suggest Treatment For Lump On Upper Thigh

Hello, I have noticed that I have a pea size movable lump on my upper inner thigh. I orgionally had a large lump which I thought was just a boil, which has recently reduced in size, and throughout this period I noticed a smaller lump next to it, which I assumed was another boil growing. However, as I said the original lump has reduced in size but the smaller one has remained, painless and movable. When I noticed the original boil, I also noticed a darkly coloured (towards black) freckle, which I do tend to have many of as I am very fair skinned, but i hadn t noticed It until all these lumps had showed. Please could you help me and give me some advice?
