Suggest Treatment For Lump, Swelling And Bruising On Shin After Falling

Hurt shin on a fall...very big lump, was very soft...iced and elevated leg...was painful about 3 days, swelling went down but not all the way...lump is still very visible. Been 9 days since impact on shin, and now ankle has swelled with black and blue development near ankle and bottom of foot. I m concerned because I have high blood pressure and do watch my salt intake because sometimes if I m careless and eat saltier foods my ankle swells...however only 1 ankle is swelled right now. My blood pressure meds are lozartan potassium 50 htz and amlodipine...whats up with the ankle swelling...thanks for your help James
