Suggest Treatment For Lump Under Skin Of Left Buttock

Hi I have just discovered a lump under the skin on my left but cheek but its quite high near my hips. Its also quite deep but all he skin around it is soft. It is not like a hard lump. Its not possible to grab it. ...should I be worried? I m 29 female. Average body size . thank you
