Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Head Along With Tenderness

Hello Dr, I am a 48 year old female. I recently noticed a few small to medium size, flat, lumps in my head. there is tenderness down the right side of my neck and a small lump on the side of my neck, it is tender to the touch too. my throat is a little scratchy as well..any suggestions?
