Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Side Of Clavicle

I was involved in two accidents back to back, I fell and injured the middle of my spine and the side between my left neck and shoulder and the next day I was rear ended and have whip lash. I have now developed two tennis ball sized lumps on my clavicle. They do not hurt but my shoulders especially the left one are quite painful almost to the point of burning.
