Suggest Treatment For Lung Nodule In Mid Lung Causing Severe Pain In Back

i have had right shoulder pain for over two years along with pain behind right scapula and the last few months pain in back of neck. tried therapy, ibuprofen, cortisone shots, no infection, previous injuries. im concerned about a lung nodule that was found right midlung. i hurt all the time. im only 38.
