Suggest Treatment For Lupus

I have had a number of health problems that required surgeries and have never seen a doctor with out them finding that I always had a fairly serious issue. I always shook what ever I had to deal with and carried on. I am a single mom of 3 kids. Now after wearing myself to a barley functioning person, I had a doc at OHSUH diagnose me with sjogrens and lupus. I have lots of things that would fit it and blood work that would indicate it, but myalgic encephalomyelitis is the description of me. my primary wont order things other doctors have recommended and I need a specialist closer southern oregon, maybe Eugene. Im getting worse. Just typing this is hard for me. Can you help.
