Suggest Treatment For Lymphomas In Arm, Thigh And Back

Sir, I am 30years of old. I have around 8-10 lipomas in my body including arm,thighs,back. So i already checked with doctors. and they told that there is no medicine for this and it will not harmful to your body. But when i am pressing my lipoma which is in my arm,i am feeling little pain .So Sir, Please suggest me on this..I am liitle bit depressed by seeing this..Thanks
