Suggest Treatment For Macular Lesion On Upper Arm

hello.i'm dr kibar. i have a yound healthy patient who presents today with a sudden onset round macular lesion on her left upper arm that is grey and brown in color non painful non itchy that she first noticed yesterday. no systemic symptoms. any suggestions?
