Suggest Treatment For Male Pattern Baldness And Dandruff

I am having problem with my hair. I have a male pattern baldness. I had an hair transplant operation, but the look is still very bad as i have a big empty circle at the back of my head. I have itching and some times dandruff. Dandruff shampoo result in hair loss. what should i do
