Suggest Treatment For Male Pattern Baldness

sir,i am 25 years old male,my hair has been falling past 6 month.my doctor said i have male pattern baldness.and he prescribed -mintop 10,tap.finasteride 1mg. i am contine this medicene for past 4 months.my hair fall is decreased ,but i dont see any growth till now.please tell me is this treatment is correct?.how long should i follow this ? or any other remedy for hair growth?
