Suggest Treatment For Male Sexual Dysfuction

Hello------For years I have been looking for a safe and effective drug for male sexual dysfunction. Have tried Viagra, Cialis and other related drugs to no avai. I am 76 years of age. I have COPD and high blood pressure. Can you recommend a new drug that is on the market now that I may try to combat this problem?
