Suggest Treatment For Marks On The Face And The Lips

Hello Doctors..This is Jagadish..I had White patches on my cheek..So Doctor Suggested me to take Melanocyl tablets and its stopped growing..then he made a skin Drafting...
Now the issue is i have still have mark on my face and on my lips ...
So wht u suggest me to do further...
Is surgey is the solution..Please Help me
