Suggest Treatment For Massive Migraines?

I am 36 and just started having massive migranes for the past month. I also have extreme dizziness when I cough, sneeze, blow nose, etc- The headache is only in the front right temple,but it makes me feel like my whole head is going to explode. I am on tramadol, fioricet and cyclobenzaprine right now...but nothing has helped. We leave for 6 flags in two weeks and I really want to ride the rides with my kids, but I don't know if I should....
