Suggest Treatment For Mastitis Symptoms

Good morning, for close friend Sheila 80, who had mastitis symptoms around Nov./Dec. 14. Felt dealt with by her doc. but since has been feeling off colour ever since. Has seen Doc. who said was virus & nothing can be done. She seems to have had all the tests & clear. Doesn t have ANY pills/meds. but is clearly unwell. How can l persuade her to get 2nd opinion?
