Suggest Treatment For Mastoiditis

i have been diagonised mastoiditis .what is the best treatment for it. my age is 40 yrs ,ht 5'2",wt 61kg.

around 25 days back i had pain in my ears inthe night ,next morning pus started coming out . i saw an ent .he gave some antibiotic.after 10 days the ent said my eardrum is ruptured as i was getting buzzing sound .i met my physician as i was having pain .now the x ray says that i have mastoiditis .i am on antibiotic .pls advice for best treatment.
