Suggest Treatment For Maxillary Polyps With Migraine

Hi. I always suffer from severe migraines on continuous basis. I did a CT scan and the result was that I suffer of a left maxillary polyp (1.6X 1.2 cm) and a choncho-bullosa on the right side; could this be the reason behind my cluster headaches? What is the treatment? Thanks
