Suggest Treatment For Medial Nail Dystrophy

I have medial nail dystrophy and a client of mine is one of the leading authorities of Dermotology and so i asked him what I can do to maybe cure it as I have had it all of my life. he said that there is no cure it is hereditary so i thought I would do a littel research anyway. What do you think?
