Suggest Treatment For Melasma On Cheeks

Sir i am 30 yrs old and i have melasma prob from last two yrs. i consult a doctor regarding my prob bt the prob is as it is. it is firsly on my cheek bt now it is spreading and i got it on my another cheek, on my nose and on my forehead. pls sir suggest me the right way how to get out of this problem. pls sir help me. i have used Melaban cream, Triglow, skinlite ever and Demalan cream. these all creams were suggested by doctor.
