Suggest Treatment For Melasma Problem

hi...i hv melasma problem.i had already undergone 5 sittings of frackels co2 laser bt 40% patches r stiil left and nw doctor advice me to use LOMELA SKIN CREAM.....im using it since 1 month...is there any treatment which can dissappears my black spots in 2/3 months ...plz reply its very urgent......
