Suggest Treatment For Melasma

hi doctor, i have been suffering with melasma for the past 8 years. i tried different creams with doctors advice but of no use. now iam applying the sun protector thrice in a day and during the night iam applying the mixture of biluma and glyco A 12%. still the hyperpigmentation is not getting light. so pleas advise me whether to continue the same creams or you want me to change.
