Suggest Treatment For Memory Loss And Difficulty In Learning New Information

Since my childhood I could be able to remember numbers, and I was too week in chemistry. Nowadays my memory is very week. I forgot my mobile number, bank password etc. very difficult to learn new words. Please suggest me what can I do to be normal like other and what is wrong with me Thank you
