Suggest Treatment For Meniere's Disease

I have Menieres Disease in left ear had vestibular nerve section in 1997. Right I could hear fine, the day after
Thanksgiving 2013 I got up and during day I realized I could not hear in right ear. Sat. could not hear and went
to Dr. He said Eustachian tube was blocked. Went to ENT did a hearing test and said I needed a hearing aid.
I have noise (like air conditioner running) all the time at times I have a very loud noise (like a tornado siren) after that noise goes away I can hear. This happens 2 to 3 times a week, hearing comes and goes, no dizziness at all. I would like to have some kind of tests done rather than hearing test. What could be problem?
