Suggest Treatment For Menieres Disease

my sister has been diagnosed with mehners disease, currently shes on vit b1. Recently she developed insomnia and complain of muscles moving and feel the nerves goes with it. she said her left arm is cool compared to the othe side. her bp on sitting position is 147/85...shes on ativan 0.5mg tds....shes so depressed at the moment . plz help
