hi i m 35 year unmarried old lady suffering from itp by birth i hv problem of Menorrhagia my platelet count is remains 45000 u/s is normal ,taking ponistan forte, nd transamine 500mg capsule tds,but not effective, ANA nd anti ds negative , so what is treatment of my menstrual problem.
